By using picl ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
picl uses AI to generate marketplace listing text from your photos and voice descriptions. It exports data to your own Google Drive and Google Sheets. The App has no backend servers — all processing happens on your device or through direct API calls to Google services under your account.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, regardless of the theory of liability.
The App integrates with Google services. Your use of those services is governed by Google's own terms and policies. The developer is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer. Listings and content you generate belong to you.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. The developer reserves the right to discontinue the App at any time without notice or liability.
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
